Step 2: Documentation request
At this stage we send you a request for documentation to support your application. Documents we require include : Last Filed Company Accounts, Bank Statements, VAT returns, and other relevant documents for your application.
Step 3: Indepth Analysis and Suitability review
Once the documentation is complete, we will review them. Affordability and the amount requested is also eviewed at this stage.

Step 4: Application is sent to the lender for review.
Your application is sent to the lender for review. The lender may at this stage request more information about application. We manage this process for you by working with the lender and get to a decision.
Step 5: Decision, Offer and Acceptance
The lender will provide us with the decision and we will negotiate on your behalf to secure the best terms. An offer will be presented to you at which stage you can accept or reject the offer with no obligation at all.
Step 6: Get funded!
Once you have accepted the offer, the lender will setup a contract with you outlining the offer and payback terms. They will then proceed to deposit the funds in your account when the necessary contracts and checks have been done.
